    In case of unloading of the commodity as damaged, official reserve record (that must bear the signature of ship owener or agent)

    In case of the commodity damaged at the customs bonded area, customs reserve record
    If the commodity is damaged in the customs and the customs administration abstain from giving the reserve record, the goods should not be cleared, and an application should be made to the Civil Courts of First Instance and Commercial where the customs office is located for court assessment (Litigaton costs of the trial shall be borne by the insurer)
    Transport contract if the transport business is tendered by a contract
    Cargo report (If the ship reserve record is provided, this document is not necessary)
    Names / titles and addresses of the vessel owner and the Turkish agent (important)

    DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LAND-AIR-RAIL TRANSPORT CLAIMS
    Invoice, consignment note or bill of lading (delivery not efor domestic transport)
    In case of unloading of the commodity as damaged, official reserve record (that must bear the signatures of those carrying, truck driver, railway administration)

    If the commodity is damaged in the customs, customs reserve record (that must bear the signatures of customs officers or operators)
    If the customs administration abstains from giving the reserve record although the commodity is damaged in the customs, an application should be made for court assessment.

    Transport contract if the transport business is tendered by a contract
    If damage was due to an accident, copies of traffic record, driver's license and license
    Name-title and address of the shipping company and its agent in Turkey
    Tır carnet (Overseas transport)
    In transport by any means if the damage is not detected at the time of delivery or at first glance, or if it is detected at a later date, the carrier or its representative (agent) at the port of arrival must be notified in writing, at the latest, within 3 days from the date of delivery.
